Our home was build in 2021 specifically for becoming a Airbnb rental home. Designed for one or two families, each bedroom has its own large bath and views of the lake. Home offers amazing kitchen with every amenity including two dishwashers and two refrigerators. Two huge (1,500 sf) multilevel decks right above lake with eating areas, sitting areas, a hot tub, as well as a screened porch with hanging day beds.. Gas fireplace in family room, two washer/dryers and so much more.

It is 13 miles from The Caverns concert venue (about a 20 minute drive). The cabin is close to Sewanee, which has many hiking trails and is home to The University of the South (about 7 miles from our cabin/ a 16 minute drive.) Other local hiking and recreation options include the South Cumberland State Park and Tims Ford State Park.
