We are just outside the city boundary and just a 15min bike ride along the river to the Town Centre. you can use the citi 3 bus stop which is just on the corner. The property has a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. We have a small table & 2 chairs.There's a double bed, clothes storage plus ensuite with towels & toiletries provided plus underfloor heating for comfort.

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

Warm, light and airy study bedroom with en suite shower and toilet and it's own small kitchen area. The studio has a separate entrance, bike parking and lovely garden view. The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

Happy to share our well-equipped kitchen with our guests. The house is close to shops, 5-minutes walk to ARM, 10 minutes from Addenbrooke's Hospital and 20-30 minutes bus ride to the city centre. Free car parking is available on the road, in front of the house.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
