We also have plenty parking for multiple trucks and ATV trailers! Unload at the house and take a scenic route to the off road park! The fun begins as soon as you get here! Need early access? The “Home Place” is idea for visiting family or the perfect weekend getaway! It has beautiful Mountain View’s, and is in a very peaceful setting! Nestled in the mountains, but minutes from groceries, fast food & restaurants! Entertainment is also close by such as Lee Theatre & Axe Handle Distillery! Stone Mountain ATV Trails & Leeman Field RV Park are also close by! Hiking can be enjoyed at Natural Tunnel State Park, Cumberland Gap National Park, Sand Caves, Devil’s Bath Tub all within a hour!

Enjoy all the scenery of Bell county in this creekside cabin. Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

Just a few minutes from Jonesville, VA, Hwy. 58 and tourist attractions in driving distance. Your home away from home!

Welcome to The Mayor’s Retreat!

Relax with the whole family at this wonderful home! This is the former home of Mayor Burl Fee, who loved adventure tourism and welcoming visitors to our unique community. The home is located at the Bailey’s Creek entrance to Black Mountain Off-road Adventure Area, in the city limits of Evarts KY, the “Birthplace of Adventure Tourism”. You’re literally steps from the North Evarts RV Park. You can unload and ride directly to the ATV park or any of the local restaurants and convenience stores.

Maw's House Handicapped Friendly House in country

This two bedroom ranch style brick home located on a working farm will delight you with its view and open country spaces. Enjoy seeing wildlife such as deer, turkey, and squirrels on the property. This home is handicapped friendly. All entrances have a ramp, the bathroom commodes are raised, the shower in the main bath is handicapped, and there are grab bars in the necessary places. Equipment available for the handicapped are: Wheelchair, Lift Chair, Rollator, commode chair, walker.

Cozy 3-BR 2-bath cottage near highest point in KY

Nestled in the heart of Lynch, KY, surrounded by comforting mountains, sets the Mountain Escape Cottage. Less than 1 mile from Portal 31, you can dive deep into the rich history of this tiny coal town. Within minutes you can drive to ATV parks, the highest point in KY, and many other mountainous adventures. Grab some coffee at the old cafe turned coffee shop, and visit the KY Coal Museum just 5 minutes away in Benham, KY. You and your family will leave here with beautiful mountain memories!

The Stonehouse

Whether you are here visiting family, or seeking adventure, you can relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Stonehouse is conveniently located 6 miles from the city of Harlan where you can find groceries, fast food, local restaurants, and retail stores. If you are here to enjoy the mountains, the Putney Trailhead of the Black Mountain Off-Road Adventure Area is 5 miles from The Stonehouse. Parking area will accommodate 3-4 vehicles with two spaces for trailers.

Hibernation Station (trailer parking available)

This property is located near the entrance of Kingdom Come Start Park and right beside Stepp Fitness gym. It is also near local golf courses, Little Shepherd Trail, and the towns of Benham and Lynch. The Black Mountain ATV Park is only 15 miles away. The property has a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The master has an onsuite. It offers a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and 2 water heaters to ensure hot showers.

Enjoy a farm experience and relaxed countryside setting or hike to the top of the mountain. Enjoy the views and tranquility. WiFi: 100 MB/s. Great mountain views, ATV Trails, State and National parks, hiking, underground mine tour, all-in-a-day trips. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the views, wide open spaces, peace. My place is good for couples, big groups, and furry friends, let us know your needs. Located less than 5 miles to Spearhead Trail's Stone Mountain trailhead and only 30 minutes to Mountain View Trail. Two couples fit nicely in the 1st level 2 bedrooms for a quaint getaway.
