This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. The footprint compacts everything one could need- living, kitchen, bed, bathroom, washer/dryer, games and more. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature while napping in the hammock. Cook dinner over an open flame in the firepit. Test your skills to beat the high score on PacMan arcade or the foosball table.

The Treehouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment. Fully furnished, cozy, and located right in the center of Leitchfield. Also centrally located between Rough River (10 minutes) and Nolin lake (22 minutes) with room for boat trailer parking. With restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, this apartment is also perfect for extended stays. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.

Welcome to The Cabin at Calico Springs, located on 150 acres with nine natural springs, a stream that runs year round, hiking trails, and beautiful forests. This cozy cabin features a great room with living, dining, and kitchen space. There is a private bathroom. The loft has a queen, a bunk bed (2 twins) and a twin. The downstairs has a wrap around porch with room for dining, swinging, and relaxing.
