Ubicado dentro del histórico pueblo de Athelstanford, estás en el lugar fundacional de la bandera de Escocia. A pocos kilómetros tienes la ciudad comercial de Haddington y al norte la hermosa ciudad costera de North Berwick. La costa cercana tiene numerosos campos de golf de clase mundial, rutas para caminar y playas increíbles. Las estaciones de tren de Drem o North Berwick son las más cercanas.

The Bonnie Wee Bothy

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

If you want a trip to Edinburgh it's about a 45 minute drive or you can drive to the local station - about 8 minutes away and take the train which is 25 minutes. Parking at the station is free.
