Rothes Road Apartment

A stylish apartment located in a sought after conservation area. It is situated only a short walk from Dorking town centre with its independent shops, Michelin starred restaurant and traditional pubs. The apartment is a calm and peaceful place, a wonderful place to unwind, it looks out over Meadowbank park and Mill pond. Boxhill, Denbies Vineyard or Polseden Lacey are nearby. Alternatively take a trip up to London, Dorking Station is a 7 minute walk with frequent trains to Central London.

Alternately relax in the Bars, Cafes and Restaurants that Dorking offers. The Cottage has a secure courtyard garden and lockup for Cycles and Pushchairs. Cycle and Hiking routes all close by. Dogs are welcome.

The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.
