Also, a Gas Fire Pit on lower level deck- available to guests, UNLESS Fire Danger’s high- will be removed. There’s a total of 3 queen-sized beds & 4 single beds, in the new expanded Blue Bird Haven, which can sleep 10 guests. Basic de'cor- relaxing! We have lived here for 40 years and are still amazed with the beauty of the Northern Black Hills. The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.
