Very clean with new paint, new bathroom and new laminate flooring. We are located a little over an hour from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Truly no detailed spared to make this a one-of-a-kind location. Lots of room to spread out, great access to the river, rails to trails walking/bicycle trail directly across the street. Four bedrooms, including a first floor, master bedroom and master bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs, one with bunk beds!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful wooded retreat! This spacious 2-story 3-bedroom house is on a quiet lane with plenty of space from our neighbors. If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).
