Hoosier Homestead (Grandma’s House)

Make some memories at this smoke free & unique and family-friendly place (Grandma’s House). This little house was built in 1940’s for grandma by her husband Elmer. The cabinets are original and all within grandma’s reach. Take a step back in time and head down to the creek to catch some crawdad’s, dip toes in the cool water. You’ll have a huge field for the kids to run, or even have a feed sack race, or a night of cards/checkers. We do have internet for tv. Stream free channels or use own plan.

Blue Lemon Bungalow is an adorable, newly renovated two bedroom in Bloomington with full living, dining, kitchen, and washer/dryer. In town with a country vibe. It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

The Master Bedroom with queen bed has en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower featuring multiple shower heads & unlimited hot water. Alternatively, reconnect with loved ones in the family-friendly living area with plush comfortable seating for up to 10, or at the game friendly dining table. A sunroom provides quiet & comfort while viewing the spacious backyard.

The Sanders Store

The Sanders Store, formerly known to Bloomington natives as Hays Grocery, is a landmark on Fairfax Road. Originally erected in 1913, the Sanders Store operated as a grocery for the Sanders community until 1967. The space was vacant and largely used for storage until 2019 when it was obtained, historically designated, fortified and reimagined into a deluxe vacation rental that sleeps 7! Six miles from downtown Bloomington and the Fairfax Marina at Lake Monroe. Great for IU events or boating!

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

Great three bedroom condo 7 minutes from downtown Bloomington. Easy access to I-69. Very near by Switchyard park and Woolery Mill. Nice eat in kitchen. Flat screen 4k tv. Will accommodate 6 persons. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. NO MARIJUANA, SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE CONDO. A FINE COULD RESULT IF THERE IS A VIOLATION OF THIS RULE. This is a quiet and safe residential area.
