La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario: sala de estar, cocina, baño, y el área para dormir se encuentra en la planta superior, en una habitación abierta tipo entrepiso (tenga en cuenta que el techo es más bajo) con escaleras ligeramente más empinadas y estrechas.
