And we allow pets with approval. ​ It is right on LAKE MICHIGAN and has a very large PRIVATE BEACH that is shared with the owners and guests. ​ THIS is NOT A CONDO. It is a real cottage (circa 1907), full of color, charm, and history. One of the last of its kind. And don't forget the kids. It's one of the world's deepest sandboxes.

We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!
