This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/ barn adjacent to our family's home. This provides all of our guests with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is ready to cook with a stove, microwave, dishes, and more. There is an outdoor grill available, charcoal is not provided. The Pool is available for swimming June-August, 12pm-8pm, weather permitting. A self serve cold breakfast is provided. Cleaning fees are reimbursable! See additional details below.

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Pleasant space for your comfort while you travel. This room has a queen size memory foam bed on the ground floor of the house. There are two other listings with different layouts to check out if you would prefer those accommodations. Guests have a separate entrance to the Airbnb space that includes a shared bathroom, and shared common room, with amenities. Coffee, bottled water and a portable breakfast is provided. We are centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca.

Stay at my home in the Southern Tier, NY. I welcome you to a true bed & breakfast experience. Guests are treated to a gluten-free breakfast that may include country eggs, homemade baked goods, waffles etc. Enjoy my attractive, village home, ample parking, relaxing decks and big yard. The second floor has two separate, private bedrooms. There is a full bathroom accessible from the hallway. There is also a full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor.
