Enjoy views from both the front and back, including the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge from our back deck. Conveniently located at the quiet southern end of Broadkill Beach. While the north side is denser with homes and more crowded, the southern end provides a more private beach experience with fewer visitors. The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.

This first floor condo is conveniently located in a family-friendly community with all you need within walking distance, including several restaurants and a grocery store. This charming cottage is a great romantic getaway. It is cozy and an easy walk into the historic town of Lewes ~ many great restaurants are nearby. Lewes is a fascinating & historic town with so much to do: biking, canoeing, birding, beach time, museums, and more. The doors of the Cottage have low head jams and the stairs are compact. There is some noise from the nearby road ~ a white noise machine is provided. The cottage is compact, the refrigerator for the Cottage is a small one.
