King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

"A picturesque drive down a country road, this tiny home is tucked into woodlands overlooking fields that show off sunrises and wildlife. It sports a porch, picnic area with grill and fire pit. Inside, the sleeping lofts have a Queen and a Full bed. The futon opens into a skinny Full. The bathroom boasts a tankless water heater, full size tub, and standard toilet. A full sized fridge and 3 burner stove are available. Come enjoy a perfect mix of peaceful seclusion and adventuring in the FLX!

Tiny 58 - short drive to Corning and Watkins Glen

TINY 58, a THOW (tiny house on wheels) is 240 square feet of pure coziness. Located in Beaver Dams, NY, TINY 58 is centrally located between Watkins Glen, NY (~12 miles) and Corning, NY (~ 9 miles). Just off the beaten path (~Route 414), it is tucked in near our flower garden just behind our barn. Although TINY 58 is located on the same parcel as our main house, it enjoys a great deal of privacy. The views are of the countryside, woods, and big open sky (~great for star gazing).

Located at the start of the Seneca Wine Trail and just a short drive to the village of Watkins Glen, we are in the perfect location to enjoy the best of what the Finger Lakes can offer. If you prefer wine tasting, hiking, fishing, or a day at the race track you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.

A relaxing stay in a small cabin surrounded by tall trees and nature. Click off the world and click on the calm. Note rules: Dogs under 35lbs allowed, must not be left unattended and always leashed when outside. Not recommended for children under the age of 3 for safety.
