Five generations have lived here. There is a lot of love in this house and we are excited to share it with people who want more of a homey experience when they are visiting Lewiston. This is a one bedroom space, second floor, off street parking in the Webber Ave neighborhood. It is close to Shaws, downtown businesses and restaurants, and the Downtown Lewiston Art District. It has a washer and dryer, brand new 5 burner stove, fridge, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and ofcourse, local art!

One room has a full size bed, tv and seating area; the other room contains a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Auburn and Lewiston, minutes from Bates College and Central Maine Healthcare. 30 - 40 minute drive to mountains, beaches, Portland or Augusta. Separate private entrance and dedicated parking.

The property is a 15 minute drive from Bates College, Route 95, Lost Valley Ski Area & Lake Auburn’s boat launch.
