A lovingly restored, 15th century barn in the pretty village of Brayton, 1.5 miles south of Selby. Private and self-contained, the barn offers luxurious, modern accommodation with a large outside space and impressive views of the nearby medieval church. Easy access to the M1, A1, M62 and A19 with good transport links to major locations such as York (14 miles), Leeds (24 miles) and other destinations make it a relaxing and ideal base to unwind and explore the beautiful Yorkshire surroundings.

Relax as a small family or couple at this peaceful place to stay. Close to York, the coast or even the bright lights of Leeds. Come and be part of our welcoming village for the weekend or maybe even a week. We are convenient for the wedding venues of the Oakwood at Ryther and Deighton Lodge, Deighton. No.3 is next to No. 4, our sister property and can be rented together to accommodate up to 8 guests. Please note there is no parking at the cottage but on street parking is available close by.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. Private parking is available at the property.

The Annex is a great space that we have recently converted into a modern, self-contained living area for two (plus maybe a little one). Initially, it was just meant for friends & family but we would love to share our mini-space with you. We are in a fantastic location & there may even be a fresh egg for you in the morning! Excellent road links to the A1(M) & 1.5m from the sought after village of Boston Spa. A vibrant high street & a fantastic selection of independent bars, cafes & shops.

The Old Maple Lodge is a beautiful and stylish annex of an oak-framed house, located in the charming village of Riccall, 8 miles south of York. Naburn Grange Cottage is a farm worker’s cottage attached to an 18th century riverside farmhouse in between the villages of Naburn and Stillingfleet. With easy access to York by car, bus, cycle track or (in the summer months) riverbus, you can explore the city’s history or the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This one-bedroomed cottage is well-equipped and private, with the owners next door for information or advice on your visit.

Pear Tree Barn, York 5m, Village Location

Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
