The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

Recently remodeled Downtown Suite is a classic turn of the century American Four Square. Located in the West Central neighborhood within easy walking distance of the convention center, library and entertainment outlets. The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

The Farm

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country home. We are centrally located only 25 minutes from Ft Wayne and 30 min from Michigan. Barn On Nye Manor wedding venue is just 1 1/2 miles down the road so this is a great spot for wedding guests to gather. Your stay includes great sunrises and the sound of a distant rooster on the large front porch. Enjoy 2 acres of open yard for fun family games and later enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit.
