This 4 acre property is close to a variety of outdoor attractions including the Kennerdell Overlook, Sandy Creek Bike Trail, scenic Freedom Falls, and the Sandy Creek. Enjoy the rustic space while still having access to modern luxuries such as wifi, a tv with streaming capabilities and a full kitchen.

Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.

Within walking distance of hundreds of acres of state game lands and just a short drive to 3 different state parks ( Clear Creek, Parker Dam, And Cook Forest). Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife including squirrel, deer, turkey, the occasional bald eagle, and more. Relax on the spacious porch , around the fire pit, or in the cabin with Netflix and other streaming apps on one of two flat screen TV's.
