Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). Our family-friendly guest house consists of two private units located next to each other, both reserved exclusively for your stay. - Unit 1: One bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. - Unit 2: One bedroom, a comfortable lounge area, and a sofa bed. Please note that the two units are not connected internally. To move between them, simply step outside and walk a few steps to enter the other unit. Guests can also relax and enjoy the small private backyard during their stay.

This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.

Treat yourself to a relaxing stay and watch picturesque views of beautiful Lake Macquarie and sunrises at Sunshine. Boating, fishing, kayaking and swimming are at your doorstep. Locally we have 3 breweries and a smokehouse or fine dining at 8 at Trinity. Its a 1 hour drive up the freeway to the Hunter Valley Wine Country. Norah Head beach is a 35 min drive to watch whales migrating. Locally we have live music at various hotels on weekends and regular bands 20 mins drive to the Toronto Hotel.

Absolute waterfrontage, facing North. Such a great place to stay anytime of the year. Cool in Summer and warm in Winter with 180-degree lake views. Quiet & peaceful, do everything or do nothing. There is a shared jetty to fish off or tie your boat off. BYO watercraft for an early morning stand-up paddle board excursion or kayak adventure. The point is such a great spot for swimming and fishing as well. There is a boat ramp located 400 metres at the end of the street. NO PETS ALLOWED.
