Mountain Rustic Chalet

**Snow is a possibility during winter months. 4x4 drive MIGHT be needed.** This quaint studio home is perfect for a single individual or small family needing to get away. Easy access to the main road and a short drive to town. One queen bed in a semiprivate room and a pull out couch. One bathroom with shower only. Accessible by stairs only. Propane heater to warm the space. Small side deck for entry and a larger deck on the back of the house with a BBQ. Full kitchen setup with Keurig.

We are located just 3 miles from Gold water lake and 6.5 miles from Whiskey Row and Courthouse square. It is quick drive to all the fun of downtown Prescott.

A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Peaceful home on a four acre property that is located adjacent to public access BLM land. Ride for miles on your ATV, UTV, or horses. Large horse paddocks are available on site. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. A large yard for parking big rigs. Horses are an additional $20 per day per animal. NOTICE: The hot tub is not available during the summer months: June-September
