Beach items available for use vary, but here are the basics: a couple of beach chairs, a sturdy umbrella, 2 beach carts to lug your stuff, various beach toys, some inflatables, beach mats, etc. There are also 3 bikes with locks.

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.
