Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Carner’s Cabin - backcountry hut

A secluded cabin in a high alpine environment at 11,700 feet! Truly off-grid, without electricity, running water, NO WiFi. Beautifully furnished with fabulous furniture and wonderful beds to sleep 8. Just bring a sleeping bag & pillow case! WINTER ACCESS: By ski/skin, snowshoe or snowmobile only. 2 miles and 1000 foot gain to cabin. Takes approximately 3 hours on rolling and steep terrain. SUMMER ACCESS: By high-clearance, 4x4 vehicle and requires low gears (rental SUV not recommended).

The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

It's remote and quiet, but accessible year-round: 2 hours from DIA, 1.5 hours from downtown Denver, and 50-mins from Breckenridge. Large kitchen (w/ fridge and antique stove), barnwood accents, huge 400sf deck, and historic decor from Como's gold rush. Dogs welcome, too.

We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.
