The loft apartment can sleep up to 4 & is an open, two-story concept with full bath/shower & walk in closet. Parking & close to markets, shopping, restaurants, bike path, playground. This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

Less than a 10 minute drive to Interstate 89, University of Vermont, the UVMMC Hospital and downtown Burlington. Approximately a 30 minute drive to many of Vermont’s attractions such as skiing (45 minutes to Stowe), wine tasting, apple orchards, Lake Champlain and Maple Sugar sites. On site driveway for parking two vehicles.

Surrounded by gardens and not far from downhill skiing and hiking options, swimming, sailing, dining and Lake Champlain.

This newly built modern rustic mother-in-law private cottage offers a convenient place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The cottage is nestled in my backyard on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, nature areas, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity.

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Kayak, swim or paddleboard on nearby Lake Iroquois 2 miles away or Lake Champlain 9 miles away.

Meadow Woods Cabin, private, cozy and unconnected

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your rocking chair on the cabin's wonderful porch. There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!

Cozy Country 1825 Farmhouse

Serene country farmhouse on 14 acres of nature with pond views from your room. Super comfortable tempurpedic queen bed. First floor suite off main house with private entrance and deck with seating, and private bathroom. Basic kitchenette (mini frig, microwave, keurig). Portable infrared sauna in winter months. 9 miles to Burlington and 5 mins to shops & restaurants. We are in a part of Essex that is rural (the village, Essex Junction is more of a city.)

The Garden Studio

Nestled in Burlington's Hill Section, The Garden Studio offers comfort and elegance to guests who will enjoy the king bed and stone fireplace. The mini kitchen area has a view of the courtyard with its seasonal fountain, flowers and bird feeders. You will enjoy the central location with walkable access to Burlington's famed Church Street Marketplace, the vibrant South End Arts District as well as the University and Lake Champlain.
