Here you have the best of both worlds—secluded and surrounded by the natural beauty of the woods while being just minutes to the quaint historic mining towns of Grass Valley & Nevada City. It's the perfect escape for couples & small groups of friends—whether visiting local wineries, hiking trails, the Yuba River, or relaxing in front of the fireplace listening to the creek below.

Private 1 bedroom Guest Unit. Sleeps 3 People.

This is a brand new NextGen house in Plumas Lake. This unit is the in laws unit with it's own entrance, laundry, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
