Tucked in the heart of Tioga County, just minutes from the breathtaking Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, this charming tiny home offers a peaceful basecamp for outdoor lovers and quiet seekers alike. Located near the scenic town of Wellsboro, you're steps away from some of the region’s best hiking, biking, and wildlife trails—including the famous Pine Creek Rail Trail. You'll not only be comfortable inside this beautiful space, but will love the hot tub and all the outdoor space has to offer as well.

Located on the equine portion of our 800 acre ranch, enjoy serenity with breath taking views and hands down the best star gazing. Centrally located in the middle of 117 miles of ATV/UTV trails. Get on your ATV/UTV or snowmobile at the house and drive right out the driveway. A great place for snowmobiling during the snow season or hunt the state game land just 2 miles away. Bring your horse and go trail riding for hours on end. We rent pasture or stall and offer guided trail rides if scheduled.

Pack up your fav food, ingredients n bevs for your friends n family. A new huge kitchen w/ all u would ever need to cook some great meals awaits you. A beautiful new deck surrounds 1/2 the cabin/chalet and have the table set or cook on the grill while enjoying the sunset down on the NY /PA mountains. In the evening put a few logs in the wood burning stove and relax to the variety of streaming options on TV. I've made sure to have all the comforts of home here! Note ** Shed on prop is private

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! We invite you to our cabin. Jan and Feb guest must have 4x4
