The Shipbuilder's Cottage-Two Century Old Charm

Surrounded by spacious grounds, The Shipbuilder’s Cottage is one of two separate but adjacent rental units (the Summer Kitchen). Built in 1812 by shipbuilder Caleb Ward, the cottage is the oldest home in St. Martins. Its centrepiece is the original brick hearth around which many generations have enjoyed a meal, a pint and a fire on a chilly night.
