Modern décor and beach-side charm in a prime location. You will feel like you have stepped into Paradise. The apartment is a separate wing attached to the host's main dwelling. There are no shared walls with the main house. Private access & room to park your caravan adds to your convenience. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. Whether you want to explore the beach or just sit on the deck enjoying the great view. Our Place is the perfect location to holiday and to explore the North West Coast of Tasmania. Portsea Cottage

Our light-filled cottage is situated in a quiet street a short stroll to beaches, and local amenities. It is a 15 minute drive to the Devonport airport and a 5 minute drive to the local shopping precinct. Our peaceful cottage has two large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed which can also be configured as twin singles upon request. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed. Detached from the house is a bungalow which also contains a queen size bed and has its own sitting area and toilet.

Guests are invited to wander the extensive ornamental gardens and enjoy in sharing a wide range of seasonal produce from the kitchen garden. 10 minutes away from supermarkets, shops and sandy beaches and 15 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania dock.
