Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. Our groundfloor farmhouse is located less than 2km from one of many Comeragh mountain walking routes Our location is what makes our home very special, we look directly onto the Comeragh mountains, 5 minutes drive from kilclooney wood and Coumsingaun lake walk. We are minutes drive away from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day ,you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

Set in the heart of Tramore you won’t have to walk far to get a coffee or some fresh artisan bread, with multiple restaurants to try all within a stone’s throw away! After a long walk on the beach you can also relax in the Outdoor Barrel Sauna and jump into the ice bath to cool down. I’ve been renovating this house for the last 5 years, and designed it with Airbnb Guests in mind! Also all the hot water is solar generated so enjoy a sun kissed shower every day!!!
