The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Enjoy my clean, comfy, eco-friendly & private loft space! We are situated on top of a hill in the beautiful lake area of Lititz, PA, known as Speedwell Forge. You will enjoy lovely views and quiet privacy from the property. The main house is adjacent to the loft suite. The loft is the top floor of the carriage house. Explore charming downtown Lititz only 4 miles away! Pool season: Memorial Day-Labor Day. (Exact dates TBD) **ONE parking space only** Overnight EV charging on site for a small fee.

The cottage is located on the property of an 1860's Farmhouse with lots of character and charm. In the spring and summer enjoy the beautiful flower gardens on the property. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. You have full access to tranquil lower level of home. Private access and parking. minutes to route 272, 222 and 322. Private cul-de-sac in quiet town of Akron. Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!
