Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

The second floor you’ll find a large bedroom with a queen bed. Parallel to that, the suite, comes with a king size power adjustable bed, laundry room and master bathroom.

If there are more than 6 people in the group you will need to rent 2 apartments. 1 block from The Charles River and Waltham's famous Moody Street, aka "Restaurant Row." Across the street from Waltham Station. Waltham's many business parks 10 minutes away. Bentley and Brandeis are 1 mile away. Monthly rentals accepted (inquire for best rate), discounts for groups and long-term rentals. Perfect for business travelers, families, anyone in between housing or visiting town!

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

Comfortable house w garden and parking, close to T

The house is conveniently located 15-20 mins from downtown and 25 mins from the airport by taxi. There is a train and bus stations close by and there are lots of restaurants and stores (whole foods has everything) in a walking distance. There is a driveway parking that fits 3 cars. The house offers 7 sleeping places which is perfect for families and groups however there is no living room. Great place to stay with dogs as there is a backyard and lots of walking options.
