Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

We are only 18kms south of Timaru which features world class sporting venues and a complete range of shopping experiences! Access to the local beach is only 2.5kms up the road.

We offer a quiet rural setting with views of the surrounding mountains and hills, overlooking our lifestyle farm. We have sheep, and chickens in the orchard, so may hear rural chatter along with bird song. We have two small friendly dogs. Included in the booking is a substantial continental breakfast to send you on your way exploring the spectacular Waitaki area.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax on the patio or in the pool (unheated). Plenty of room to chill out on the outskirts of town, just a three minute drive to the shops. Listing is for whole house and grounds.(please note, no WiFi) also, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE :)
