Unutrašnjost apartmana se sastoji od dvije sobe, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicom i hodnikom. Soba je opremljena s krevetima vrhunske kvalitete i udobnosti. Apartman je idealan za četiri osobe, a peta po potrebi može biti dijete koje bi spavalo na pomoćnom ležaju.

The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our family Villa Sea View was completed in June 2024 and represents a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area with a sea view. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and there are shops and excellent restaurants within a 3-4 minute walk. A large parking lot, a covered outdoor terrace with seating furniture and an inviting swimming pool have all the facilities that allow you to enjoy your vacation with your family.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful holiday house in the heart of Dalmatia. Situated in the small, picturesque fishing village Vinišće - 12 km northwest of Trogir, this home away from home is only a couple of hundred meters from the sea, surrounded by untouched nature and easy to acces by car. Two floors and three terraces create enough space for everybody to relax, barbecue or refresh in the pool.
