Beautiful 2-story traditional brick house on a quiet hillside lane near the center of Sighnaghi with a gorgeous view of the Southern Caucasus mountains & the Alazani valley. Downstairs is a self-sufficient heated apartment with kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine and two bedrooms. You also have access to an unheated "supra" room on the first floor as well as the spacious unheated open-plan upper floor with a second bathroom and third bedroom. There is parking outside.

Buto's House is a cozy, one-storied house with a large yard and garden full of fruit trees. Located 11 minutes from Hotel Ambassadori Kachreti.
