This was a great space for a weekend getaway in Falmouth! Everything was as described and Luisa had great communication before, during and after my stay. I appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were and the binder of local recommendations was a fantastic resource! I would definitely stay here again, especially since Luisa is open to any feedback to make future stays even better.

Great stay!

Wife and I had a lovely stay at Luisa’s quaint and humble abode, which was tucked away off the beaten path on a private road. It was peaceful and about 10 minutes to the main center of Falmouth. I think it’s only fair to emphasize and clarify a few things about this listing based on the unfair reviews of some. So please don’t come in with expectations that you are going to do everything at this location. The location is sheltered and tucked away. I don’t recommend having more than 2 people to the unit. More than 2 people can feel cramped, yes that includes kids. It is a small space but very organized and has everything you need. Bathroom was clean and renovated. I recommend bringing your own towels, only 1 towel was provided.

As a condo unit, it does have neighbors but we experienced no disturbances from any noise or nuisance. Check-in/check-out was very easy. Luisa was a great host and responsive at a moment's notice. Thank you for having us Luisa- we will definitely book here again!

Overall My Bf & I had a very easy check in and check out with Luisa. Any questions that we asked, she was very quick to respond to. The area was overall very nice, it was a quick 15 minutes away from Main St, Falmouth which we would totally recommend if you like little towns/ shopping stores etc. The property itself has a pool with lounge chairs, a lake which we were a little unsure if we could use for Kayaking. and the game room was really nice. It's a clean space tucked away on a private road. You get what you pay for.

Some things we would like to bring to attn:
1.) If you have kids- TV is basic don't think you can watch Nickelodean or Disney, thankfully we had our phones & macbook for down time.

2.) Kitchen is fully stocked to cook though we brought our own food to heat up.

3.) About 8 minutes away from local Stop & Shop , walmart etc.

4.) Luisa was VERY responsive as told before.

5.) The bed is advertised wrong it is definitely not a Queen size, it's a full.
