This is a cute little hideaway, close enough to everything, but far away from the land of $50/day parking! The owners thought of everything, from coffee to creamer to restaurant recommendations... perfect. Thanks!

Although we never got to meet face-to-face, Bill and I texted back and forth. He responded very promptly re the wifi password (I misread it) and we had a few more pleasant exchanges.
I spent the bulk of my time with the family so I just slept in a comfortable bed and enjoyed a clean and efficient bathroom.
The neighborhood is quiet and private, I always found parking and the street is level. Big deal for me! I certainly recommend Hemingway's Retreat.

We stayed at Bill's for four nights and it was the perfect hideaway! He really does cover all bases, from restaurant recommendations to guest toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. We didn't have a car so we Ubered everywhere, and most of what we wanted to get to was less than twenty minutes away. Bill himself was easily reachable and very accommodating. We definitely felt at home.
