The modernly furnished holiday villa has two adjoining covered verandas with seating and dining areas, inviting you to breakfast with a view of the greenery as well as aperitifs at sunset. Within two minutes drive, you reach white sand beaches and turkise water. Local restaurants are within 10 min drive. Greet the sun from a lounger at the private swimming pool, and dine alfresco on fresh seafood from the barbecue. The wide garden allows the kids to play and pets to freely move around. The Villa Mirto consists of 3 separate bedroom including a doublebed and a cupboard, and 2 bathroooms. When entering, you arrive in a wide dining room with a panroma window that always gives you an eye on the sea and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to a national-park designation around the Villa Mirto, you can enjoy the nature in calm.

Di Villammare amiamo la loggia esterna per le cene estive, la terrazza panoramica con vista mozzafiato sul mare cristallino e la libertà di cucinare all'aperto mangiando sotto le stelle nel patio.

La villa è stata costruita negli anni 80 ed è stata appena sottoposta ed un intervento di restauro integrale nella primavera del 2024. vi è parcheggio per 2 auto.

Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und Badetücher erhalten unsere Gäste für den Strandbesuch, leihweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Unseren Gästen stehen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Chalet liegt nur ca. 500 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Das gesamte Anwesen erstreckt sich über 3.500 qm - es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen.
