Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.

This could be a perfect retreat for the financially savvy. It is a 36-foot fifth-wheel RV with slide-outs. It feels very roomy and is perfect for one guest or a couple. You will be located on a five-acre lot. (You do have neighbors.) The location is in a fairly private area. The views are wonderful. The property is located up against the hills of Tucson Mountain State Park, which has lots of trails and walking paths.
