This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Complimentary basket with S’mores, chips and popcorn! Coffee, apple cider and hot cocoa also available. WiFi and smart tvs!

Well-appointed guest cottage in historic New Bern offers all the comforts of home while situating you under 0.5mi from city center. Private bedroom and en suite downstairs, king bed in loft. Each room has individual wall units for custom temp control, living space has TV with Firestick for streaming and Bluetooth speaker. Kitchen does not have a stove/oven but includes microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge, blender, kettle. Please use our little library to discover new and old treasures!

You will not forget your stay at the River Watch Retreat, and will want to tell your friends. This beautiful cabin offers a full NW view of the Carolina Blue Sky and setting sun on ENC's Trent River. Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Virginia’s Country Cottage, a charming guest house constructed in 2020, nestled on 40 acres behind our residence. Enjoy your own private yard and relax on the new outdoor patio featuring a gas fire pit. This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Located only one block from the boat ramp at the Trent River in Pollocksville, NC and nearly halfway between Downtown Historic New Bern and Jacksonville, and only a 1/2 hour from Emerald Isle beaches – Cottage at the Trent is a stand-alone guest house featuring a stocked kitchen, full bathroom, large loft area for sleeping plus a reading/game area. The unit sleeps 4 – 5 and the property allows for parking trailered boats or RV’s.

Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

Garden Cottage

Discover a charming 170 sq. ft. garden retreat just steps from downtown New Bern. Enjoy a full-size bed, kitchenette, full bath, swivel-mounted Roku TV, and peaceful garden sitting areas for your use. This micro-suite offers comfort & convenience whether you’re exploring historic downtown or enjoying a quiet weekend. We’re adding a 90 sq ft sitting area Sept. 2026! The Cottage on Hancock - entire historic cottage

This quaint historic cottage, "The Hunter-Stevens Law Office", (c. 1855) is located in the heart of historic downtown New Bern, steps away from shopping, dining, and the waterfront. The cottage sits on the property of the historic Coor-Cook residence (c. 1790), known as the "Stanley Hospital, Officer's Ward" during the Union Army occupation of New Bern. The cottage originally served as the law office of Mr. Geoffrey Stevens, a prior resident of the Coor-Cook house.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
