Fully equipped. Friends and family gatherings are welcome, not big parties. Security cameras outside property. You will not be disappointed. No smoking or vaping allowed $150 fine. If any animal is detected, you will be asked to leave without reservation fee refund. Enjoy this beautiful and safe area home!

There are boat ramps into Perch Creek as well as the Bay. The home is 45 Minutes away from Dauphin Island and its Gulf Coast beaches. Yet, city life and Mobile downtown are only 15 minutes away. The house was completely remodeled in 2023. If needed, 6 guests can be added by booking a second home on the same property.
