Walk out of the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of land. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.

The boat is completely furnished, including linens, towels, and a kitchenette (microwave, electric burner, skillet, coffee pot and mini fridge/freezer). We are 1/2 mile from Lake Russell or 5 minutes from Strom Thurmond and Jodi's Bait Shop with multiple boat ramps/WMAs nearby. Not into hunting/ fishing? That is ok too!
