Minneapolis has been booming with craft breweries in the recent years and it can be difficult to pick just one. Wild Mind Artisan Ales is not only my favorite in the area, but it just so happens to be the closest. They specialize in wild yeast fermented and sour beers. There is usually a food truck outside most nights.

Great brewery with a clean/simple layout. Great outdoor space, as cool as their indoor space. Some superbly crafted craft beers.

Located in South Minneapolis, the tasting room is a family-friendly, dog-welcoming environment where you can try the wild, offbeat beers. Enjoy a pint with some great company while watching the game or taking in some Minnesota sun when it's warm enough to open up our patio and courtyard. Wild Minds is the place to go to try all things sour and funky. They are known for their wild fermentation and experimentation.
