#1 Po'boy Place in NOLA! "Parran" is Cajun for Godfather, and here, you will be treated like family and stuffed to the gills with any over their overstuffed poboys or any of their other local favorites. Be sure to try one of our favorites as a starter: Gumbo with Potato Salad (Served as two sides, but oh! So delicious when eaten together!) Their blackened shrimp poboy is to die for!
