The Banyan Tree, located at The Ritz Carlton, features fabulous views, “garden-to glass” cocktails and a cuisine that showcases exciting flavors and the freshest local ingredients. This “farm-to-table” concept restaurant offers guests fabulous sunset views and an open-air atmosphere that is truly embracing. The Kapalua coastline, as well as Honolua Bay are both showcased from this romantic location. Try their “crispy Haiku avocados and silk tofu” appetizer, and then their “seafood fettuccine” with Kauai prawns, seared scallops and Maui heirloom tomatoes as a main course. If you have room for dessert, we recommend their heavenly “WOW-WEE Maui chocolate macadamia bar,” featuring praline crunch, Mai tai sorbet and chocolate coral sponge! Open for dinner only.
