Delicious Hot Pot. Hot Pot is a Chinese cuisine.. think the story stone soup. A ton of plates of food in front of you that you put in a pot of boiling water in front of you and eat. The broth it creates is delicious to drink and you get to try a variety of sauces. Easily spend a few hours here.

Eating here is a culinary journey. For the uninitiated the menu may be daunting. The board deals in sides, curries, and other dishes, but hot pots (think: Chinese fondue) are the highlight.
