This is THE destination for a romantic meal. During the Winter, it has a roaring fire. During the Sumer, it is nice to have a drink in the beautiful garden. It offers both a bar (cheaper) and restaurant menu (more expensive).

Enjoy fine cuisine in the elegant, award winning restaurant or settled in a comfortable armchair by the open fire in the relaxed, flagstone floor bar. In good weather, the beautiful gardens are open for bar menu choices too.

18 mins SE. Good food in a lovely old Cotswold pub. The bar area is particularly cosy in winter with the log fires roaring away.

No visit to the Cotswolds is complete without taking in the beautiful town of Burford, just six miles from The Wilde, with it's jaw droppingly impressive architecture, quaint tearooms, and wonderful independent shops and bookstores. The Lamb is a particular favourite for either lunch or dinner, either in the bar area or the more formal dining room.
