Eddie's is a bit pricey but is nearby if you're in a pinch. They also carry a lot of local specialty items like Taharka Brothers Ice Cream and snacks from Kinderhook Bakery. They have a modest salad bar and a deli if you're nearby and have a hankering.

This is usually where my roommate and I shop for food because it is so close to where we live. The people there are super friendly. Our favorite sandwich order is the Smokin' Blue Jays.

The only sort of walkable grocery store in the neighborhood, Eddie's stocks basics--don't expect Whole Foods.

The selection is limited but it's small for a grocery store. you can't beat this place for convenience.
