cheap fruit and vegetables plus three good supermarkets right beside the market - Waitrose, Marks and Spencer and Sainsburys.

Tues-Sun 9-6 lovely fresh fruit and vegetables, also a good fish stall. On Sundays, 11-2, farmer's market. Not cheap, but great bread, pastries, and specialist produce, and a lovely way to spend Sunday morning.

Great selection of fresh fruit & vegetables at about 1/2 price of local supermarkets.

There is an organic market here on a Sunday from 10am -2pm. Lots of delicious things to eat and some nice coffee places to hang out in and watch the morning go by.
