It's THE National WWII Museum. It seems they are constantly expanding so even if you've been before, it's probably worth another trip.

“Just a great museum! If you happen to be so lucky to be staying on a Thursday evening, the Ogden hosts the "Ogden After Hours" which runs from 6-8pm it features live music and a few cocktail bars. Enjoy the Art, Music and have a drink as you explore the museum. Great views of the city from the roof top veranda. Very Fun!!!!”

““New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA), the city’s oldest fine arts institution, opened on December 16, 1911 with only nine works of art. Today, the museum hosts an impressive permanent collection of more than 40,000 objects. The collection, noted for its extraordinary strengths in French and American art, photography, glass, and African and Japanese works, continues to expand and grow, making NOMA one of the top art museums in the South.” *While you are here, you can’t forget to visit the Besthoff Sculpture Garden.”
