This place is a nice place to hang out, have a glass of wine or artisan cocktail, and nosh on a great menu of small plates at the bar. Also has restaurant seating.

As an expert on the subject, I can tell you that this is the only place to get a serious cocktail in town, even if it took a year or so of floundering. Very dignified menu, great street-side patio.
