The Mermaid bar is a must visit if you like Gin, to sample some of the Isle of Wight's famous Mermaid Gin. While you enjoy a nice cold Mermaid & Tonic the still room can be viewed through a glass wall. They also serve food, and you can purchase a bottle or 2 to take home with you.
